arkadaşlar nette gezerken gördüm ingilizcem olmadığı için yazıyı aynen kopyalıyorum ingilizcesi olan bir arkadaş çevirebilirmi anladığım kadarıyla aşağıda home linki var ve proxy yöntemiyle indirilişi anlatılıyor.
MODS/Admins feel free to edit any mistakes or improve as needed.
How to download HOME Beta (Because PS3News deleted my instructions and I got freaking ticked off so I decided to post it here..plus you guys at least allow me to download PS3 Proxy where as PS3News make you post retarded crap and go through so much trouble just to get a few downloads...argh they make me so mad, anyway...):
You need PS3 System firmware v2.20 to do this. Older versions will not work.
This is how to download HOME BETA but you won't be able to login. This might save you some time downloading when its officially released though.
First you need to download each of these files to your computer's desktop:

Now open each .mxl file and change all the "off" words to "on" and save it over the old copy of the file (its important that you keep the original filenames, don't rename them to something else).
Now download PS3 Proxy and install it:
PS3HaX Network - PS3 Hacks - Downloads - PS3 Proxy Server
When I installed the program it didnt give me any shortcuts in the startmenu or on the desktop so you may have to look inside program files to find it. If you get an error asking about .net framework you need to install .net framework 1.1 before the program will work. You can download .net framework here.
Anyway, start PS3 Proxy. First you need to select the "PS3 Mode" option (uncheck the other modes).
You need to find your ip to put in the ip box, here are some instructions to find it (thanks SamS):
Start >> Run.
Type 'cmd' and click ok.
In the window type 'ipconfig' and text about your internet connection will pop up.
Look for IPv4 Address which should look something like '192.168.1.1'.
That is the ip you use.
If the program crashes when you click on "start" it could be because of a wrong ip.
You also need to go to the PS3's internet connection settings and add the same ip in the Proxy box.
Now click on the Start button and then go to the "Replace Files" tab and click the "Add" button 3 times. You should now see 3 empty lines with each line having 2 boxes. On the left box of each line add the internet links of each file you downloaded at the begining of the guide. In the boxes on the right side you need to add the link/path of the files you have on your computer.
This will make the PS3 download the files on your computer instead of the ones on the internet.
Restart the PS3 and you should see an option to download/install HOME. After HOME is installed you can take the Proxy setting off the PS3 and delete the proxy program from your computer and use the PS3 normally again.

anladığım kadarıyla 2.20 versiyon olmayanlar bundan yararlanamayacaklar.bet versiyonu.ps3 ün oficall sitesinden indirebiliniyomuş.orda proxy ayarlarını yaptıktan sonra makinayı resetlediğimizde home yüklenicekmiş.sildiğimizde nrmal kullanabileckmiymişiz(orasını tam anlamadım)öyle yazıyor.  (tam anlatamadıysam özür dileriö  )
